Shipping policy

Lets face it, Canadian shipping is expensive. All orders are billed and shipped using Canada Posts e-calculator, which accurately calculates the shipping rates based on the weight of your order and shipping location. 

For small / light orders under 500 grams, Canadian orders can choose lettermail shipping. This is an untracked and slower option. If you choose this option, please be patient. It will be shipped out within 2 business days, but could take several weeks to arrive. 

If the rates appear to be significantly off, or seem outrageous, we invite you to send us an email info@videogameboxdefender.com and we will investigate internally and confirm if the shipping costs are being calculated correctly.

All USA and international orders will be shipped and cleared through customs with accurate information and declared at the full shipment amount. Unfortunately this is a compliance issue that we must abide by.
